New Customers

Shaw Direct offers FREE installation to all new customers in our service area for up to two receivers. To sign up, come visit us at our shop, 311 Neill St (below SoBo) between 10:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Give us a call at 250-725-8118 to inquire about our monthly promotions, we have new discount offers every month.

Existing Customers

If you are an existing Shaw Direct customer and require a service call, please contact Shaw Direct at 1.888.554.7827. If they are unable to solve your problem over the phone and determine that you require a service call, they will dispatch a service call request to our office. Please request a service call with Tofino Tech, Crew #2016. Once we receive the service call request, we will call you to arrange a date and time.Shaw Direct will provide you with a "due date" when the service call will be completed by, but we can quite ofter accomplish these orders days or even weeks ahead of time.
